In January 2005 several contestants submitted game srpites for a game called Red Baron. The winners of this contest will walk away with great prizes, including Alien Hominid games and merchandise, as well as have their game sprites appear in the Baron game itself.

The entries are being Jusdged by Mindchamber and Psycho Goldfish, but they got some help from Simon Cowell for the audition phase of the contest.

All the entries were scored from 1-10 based on effort, skill and overall useability. All entries that scored above a 5 will remain in the contest, while the others will leave with broken dreams unfulfilled.

The final winners will then be chosen based on character and playability in the Baron game. What this means is that even an entry that scores low in the audition phase could win if the character really fits the overall game.
